Don’t use Prestwood Garage

I was a loyal customer of Prestwood Garage but the business has been sold to a new owner. I didn’t know this when I booked my car for a service. In the past I paid a fixed price for a car service and if anything extra needed doing I got a phone call from the garage. Not this time. Prestwood Garage went ahead with work I had not agreed to and when I went to collect my car the bill was £205 more than the fixed price I had been quoted. I challenged this with the manager but was fobbed off with excuses. I needed my car so I had to pay. Don’t use Prestwood Garage.
