Rude buisness manager
After a 2 hour journey to test drive a car, we asked what deal we could get on trading in our alpha. Phil the business manager was arrogant to the point of rude and offered an insulting amount. With his 'take it or leave it' attitude we left. Wouldn't recommend them if they were the laast dealerships on earth. He needs to go on a customer service course: There's ways of saying no whilst still keeping the customer talking and secure a sale. Politeness goes a long way Phil!
