Most disappointed with the lack of post purchase customer care. Long story but basically they tried to "pass the buck" saying that although an Dash Cam installed by Dales, which subsequently developed a problem with the software application, they were not interested in helping, even though I offered to meet them half way with the wiring issue. Consumer Law is quite clear in that if you have a faulty item, you take it back to wherever you purchased it from, NOT ACCORDING TO DALES!!
