Poor service both in sales and service

Went to change my Toyota Yaris for new model , ready to sign on the dotted line, and unfortunately sales person was quite rude and totally un-interested. Spoke to manager Scott who said he will phone back and never heard from him ! Had my car assessed for price for exchange with another person in dealership who was nice and after photos etc he said Scott will phone to confirm the price, which Scott did NOT of course. Terrible dealership from my experience. Will buy elsewhere different car. I do not think it matters to these people if they lost a new car sale or not . I was foolish enough to have booked my car for servicing with this company because experience was very bad again. They had agreed to check wheel balancing as well as servicing, MOT and change new battery. When work was done (?) I asked if wheel balance had been checked then she said no ! Did not do what they were supposed to do . Said one wheel was slightly worn out on one side so either change it now or do it after another thousand miles and wheel balance check or adjustment will be done then !!!! I did not see any sense in her explanation . Since I was going to pay for all this it should have been done now when there is already a problem in wheel alignment and not after a thousand miles zero communication and poorly laid out info at the last moment .I was asked for payment and when handed keys over casually said sorry we could not clean your car !!!! you can bring it another day ! Did not mention it before the payment. Cleaning the car after service is a promise which they did not keep and this has happened second time . They kept the cat from 9am to 6 pm !!! After battery change all settings on screen seems to be all over the place. Auto light had been turned off. media settings were all over the place. I had to reset them when they should have done all that themselves. I would NEVER go to Snow's Toyota again. Terrible going on this time and to think I have been with them for years ! Awful service . When it is said a manager will call you then he should call back. If he does not then this company cannot be believed in. T add insult to injury A person called Sarah phoned me to ask me how did they do with the service !!! The moment I said I was not satisfied she could not wait to get off the phone and told me the manager will phone me and they take bad service seriously !!! Did the manager call me...nooooooooo! Heavens a Betsy talk about wasting time ! Waiting for a Snows Toyota manager to call back !!!!! If these people do not want someone's business they should just say so and avoid all this nastiness. Who has time for that ? I would have gone to a better decent company who do what they say they will do !
