Poor customer service
Be very careful choosing to buy a car here, I'm sure many have bought here and its been fine and they have not had to deal with there after care, or rather lack of it. Several weeks ago I purchased a car from here for my 70 year old mother, who after suffering a fall she has now got limited mobility and required an automatic car, after just 3 days the car would not start, as is my legal right I asked for a full refund and to return the car, after just a couple of emails the trade centre put a legal firm on to me and refuse to engage in any further dialogue them self. I guess the heavy handed legal approach is aimed to intimidate and put pressure on us as the consumer. It has now been three weeks since I request a refund, I have had the car independently inspected which has found further faults and issues, I have made all the tests checks and findings available to the trade centre and still they not responded to this. All this time my mother has been without transport, in the winter and in the run up to Christmas. After care service from ivybridge trade centre does not exist, there lack of empathy towards there customers is truly outstanding, there behaviour is disgusting and extreamly unprofessional. Be careful, you have been warned!
