Rejected the car I bought

Unfortunately Ithe car I bought in its first month needs a major repair so I rejected the motor by email, which is their process. Unfortunately now I am without a vehicle, for personal and work purposes. Been waiting 2 days and spoke in chat and was assured a member of staff would be in touch shortly. I am Still waiting jury is out, I requested they get me into another car or refund me as is my right. Hopefully they will do the right thing, but communication is key. I hole this canturn into a positive review.
