Bought VW Golf GTi. Great after sales

Bought a VW Golf GTi as a used car in beginning of November. Car developed an unknown issue when travelling the 3 hours back home. Issue was a clutch failure. To be clear, issue was not evident on the test drive. I phoned Tony at TC Harrison (I dealt with Tony Mahan from the first communications and right through the sales process) and there was no messing about. He advised taking the car direct to VW for inspection - a good first impression rather than taking it to Joe Bloggs Motors… The car ultimately required a complete clutch assembly resulting in a £2.5k bill from VW Tony and also Dan Crump (manager) were brilliant. They authorised the repairs without question. I was unlucky with my incident but when the chips were down, and a big bill loomed, there was no trying to get out of paying. They put customer first-great after sales service. Tony gets a special mention-professional, friendly and very likeable Would I recommend this garage? Yes Would I buy from them again? Yes
