Avoid this dealership! Shocking service, Couldn’t fix our Kia Sorento that had been twice to them. Made me pay for air con regas when the problem was clearly down to a faulty pump. Bunch of liars telling me the car is fixed and on way home breaks down. It’s been over 2 months and still have not contacted be back in regards to refunding me for the air con regas. Reassuring me the cutting out has been fixed because they tested that by thrashing my car where there’s no police!! 😳 . Bunch of unprofessional cowboys. Emailed b.bird@premier-car.co.uk no response says it all.Booked with another Kia dealership to have issue fixed as they clearly haven’t a clue on what they doing.
