Eden Bracknell- I wouldn’t bother

At first this place was incredible. Always happy to help and set high standards. These have dropped and honestly they take no blame. I had a service completed, during so I had a £15 scratch card stolen and a watch. When I questioned it (when I collected my car) they said no that doesn’t sound like us and said I needed video evidence to prove it. They also damaged my sensors in my tyres. I took the vehicle back in and said I was going shopping and I’ll leave my car. 4 1/2 hours later we returned to find the car hadn’t even be looked at. I was told to collect the keys and rebook as they had no time. The lady on the desk didn’t even say anything just kept talking in the phone and held the keys out. No apology no discussion. I have been promised a service book and that still hasn’t happened either. Safe to say that main dealers are as bad as I’ve been told and I will be cancelling my service plan and going to my local garage
