Rude, aggressive Service Manager

Bought a Fiesta a year ago or so ago and paid for an extended warranty. The engine management light has come on. Booked it in at Trust Ford Castleford with no mention of costs then received a phone call the day before to say it would £126 just to look at it. When I queried this the female service manager was very aggressive, spoke over me, was very dismissive and said if we didn't like it to take the car elsewhere, nice!! I'm not sure what I said to deserve that but glad I don't have to work with her!
