Always excellent !

I'm presently enjoying my second car purchased at Vines, a 530D Touring, which is a fabulous motor car. The sales and finance were handled in an exemplary manner, but it's when something isn't right that a company shows it's mettle. An annoying wind whistle caused me to take the car back for investigation. Vines took the matter genuinely seriously, spending the best part of a month trying to locate the source, always being courteous, never quibbling about the amount of time and effort they were spending on my car, and never leaving me without transport, by providing me courtesy cars. They've been consistently great to deal with over the past 3 years since i bought my first car from them
