That Extra Mile

When you buy a new car, pure joy and excitement can disappear in confusion. There’s a lot of competition out there. Even if you’ve owned a Lexus before, you look around carefully. The way that you’re treated as a new buyer is indicative of how you will be treated as an owner. In this regard Phillip Liu has been immensely helpful and has presented an outstanding ‘face’ to customers - in this case my wife and I. Since the date he’d sold the car to us, deal sealed, he has done his utmost to support us. I appreciate those efforts and find his determined attention impressive. I would certainly recommend Mr Liu to any friends interested in a Lexus. And I’m confident of continued support, should it prove necessary. The car? The RX450h+ is a dream.
