Terrible customer service!

Worst customer service ever! Would give zero if i could!Bought a car in April 2023 and exchanged mine. Got a car. Had issues with adblue fault and engine issues within 6 months. Car saying it won't start after 300, 200, 100 miles etc. Called Arnold Clark to be spoken to like it's my fault, my issue and they keep reminding me it's been fine for 5 months... what's that got to do with the issue? I exchanged a quality vehicle for one that dosent work!!! Took the car to peugeot as Arnold Clark wouldn't even return calls after weeks and months of back and forth where I had to constantly call them as they never returned calls. When I did get through, I was treated to like I was the problem and they refused to put me through to someone who could actually help. Managers were always away but rest assured, they would call me back... they didn't. Just fobbed me off and said I need to take it to peugeot. Did this... peugeot did a diagnostics and found a raft of issues and concerns. Car should never have been sold in its current condition and I'm still waiting for someone to get in touch. Apparently everyone who can deal with my issue are on holiday for the next 2 weeks whilst I'm stuck with a car that dosent drive!! How does that work. I have a job and 2 kids but Arnold Clark stops functioning when certain people go on holiday for 2 weeks so I'll just tell my boss I can't get to work and the kids can't be dropped to school because clearly I've caused this issue and them being on holiday is my fault. Do not buy a car from these. If there's a problem, they will fob you off and blame you for the issues they created. I'll post on here each week to update what's happening. Just so you get an idea of how they deal with things. My issue started in July/August 2023. Terrible.
