IMMORAL CAR SALES!

My partner has been a valued customer of Sytner Sheffield, having had 5 cars from them in the past. She decided to get another car, a BMW X2, almost immediately, the tyre on one was very low. My partner contacted Sytner, 2 days later, letting know the situation with the tyre. They told her to reset and that the tyre would be fine, 6 time's she did this and the tyre was just the same, very low pressure! Eventually they decided to have the car looked at, my partner spent 4 hours waiting for the car to be sorted! Car was given back and low and behold, the same thing as before, low pressure. Once again, my partner had to take time off work for the 2nd time, to have the tyre pressure looked at. How does a company that repute have a car for 4 hours and miss the fact that the tyre, had a slow puncture in it! Unbelievable! Within 20 minutes of having the car for a 3rd time, they managed to find the leak and changed the tyre. If they had done there job right from day one, my partner wouldn't have had to take 2 afternoon's off work to get the car put right and then to be left out of pocket, because of there incompetence! No offer of recompense has be offered from them! They have my partner money and now have washed their hands from the situation. Appalling customer service and care and that that's to customer who has been with them for years! All smiles when they want your money and treat you like a leper, once they have it! Don't fall for all the car sale's antic, think seriously before doing business with them!!!!
