Avoid this dealer at all costs!
I would give 0 stars if I could! I bought a 2019 Mercedes GLC (VX69 0UU) from this dealership on the 19th of October without even driving the car as this is a Mercedes dealership, so expectations are high. However on my drive home (live 2 hours from the garage), I noticed heavy vibration on breaking and reduced breaking performance, so following my report back to them on the 21st October, they advised a week later that I should take it into my dealer to get it checked I took this into Mercedes Cardiff who advised there was heavy judder from the front and on inspection the discs were heavily lipped, which caused this vibration. I waited a week for Mercedes Worcester to respond because the salesmen Simon Archer apparently has no authority and couldn’t get an answer, and the general manager Vic Raj was too busy selling more dodgy cars to even care about the ones they sold. Waited without a car and not driving it for almost 3 weeks (not expected of a car you just bought from main dealer) Simon said “you can pay for it yourself and then we can reimburse you” So they charged me £608 to change these and after another couple of weeks chasing Mercedes Worcester, they have finally told me that it was apparently ‘up to Mercedes standard’ so will not refund me anything. I called dozens of times, chased up again and again by email, on 1 day I left 4 messages to call me back with not a peep from these people. All I will say is don’t buy a used car from these guys without driving it because they are an Amateur garage, and a disgrace to the brand of Mercedes Benz. Even if you have driven it, they won’t fix any issues if you find any. Spent over £25,000 on this in cash with hard earn savings, but they are still happy to rob me for another £600. They are quick to sell the car but once that’s done, any issues or after sales service they don’t care about.
