Poor after sales service

Purchased good car , good attention to my needs at time and then afterwards found that needed £2000 of works to sort out environmental / air conditioning that was evidently wrong prior to sales not working the next day. No responses to messages left or emails for over 6 weeks. Then told to check my warranty myself. But the information given had no phone number. Have had to get it repaired as not able to drive it with windows open in November. This matches all the other reviews on here and poor - have dealt with many after sales dealerships but this one.......
