No help what so ever

Been told car had a recall on it about a leak in the sunroof and was quite dangerous if electrics got wet but Tynside Audi cannot get booked in till end of January 2024 and no help whatsoever they need it for 5 days and no courtesy cars available so that’s it Great cuntomer care not
