I received a letter asking me to book an appointment for a recall on my Nisan Ariya it said it needed a software update and would take 2 hours it was booked in for 10am. On arrival I let them know I would have to wait and I needed the car by 12 as I need to pickup my daughter at 11:45 I’m told it wouldn’t be ready as they can only do one car at a time. Begs the question why book it in at 10 if you already have another car booked at the same time and why tell your customer it would only take two hours. So half a day wasted fixing a brand new car.
