Unequivocally the BEST service experience I have had bar none!!., surpassing every expectation. I was pleasantly surprised when Chris collected my daughter and I from the station but shocked when they remained open well past business hours to resolve an issue which quite simply was nothing to do with them. When this could not be resolved and meant we would have to spend the night, they not only found and drove us to a 4 star hotel but insisted on paying for a family suite and our meals though this issue had absolutely nothing to do with them. They ensured our every possible need was met and then some !! Chris collected us from the hotel with a beautifully presented bottle of wine…”the gift that kept on giving “ They simply valued me as a customer and made my problem theirs. What would have been an extremely stressful situation in an unfamiliar city several hours away from home became a pleasant, humbling and truly unforgettable experience through two pretty awesome gents!! Sheffield Prestige..simply put the forerunners for QUALITY vehicles, OUTSTANDING service, PHENOMENAL personnel … PROVEN!
