A mostly great experience.

So much to be impressed by, the service provided by our sales executive (Phillip Liu) has been absolutely outstanding. He certainly helped my wife and I to be entirely comfortable with our purchase. Unfortunately he was on holiday when the vehicle arrived in Ipswich and the handover could have been better. Maybe I’m getting old and was slow in understanding what I didn’t know. The handover is important and I had exceptionally high expectations of Lexus service. The car appeared pristine and is a delight to drive, although I’m missing some understanding of key functionality. Immediately upon his return from holiday, Phillip telephoned me to follow up on how things were going. I appreciate that. I’m delighted, and relieved, that Phillip is going the extra mile by personally going through functionality by meeting up and helping me fill my gaps in knowledge.
