Service completed no issues

Just had my service completed on my car no issues. I booked it in last week the guy on the phone Ian, I thought was a bit curt in his phone manner. Dropped off at reception yesterday I was in a rush got there at 7:50 was told by the young girl on service reception who was texting at the time. (You will have to wait we don’t open till 8:00). Down went her head back to texting. I left the key with her.
