Poor... Loyal customer service.

Reneged on buying back my RX ....supplied by then previously. Economical with the truth and couldn't be bothered to reply to my phone calls. Apparently they aren't buying any cars at the moment! Having been a loyal Lexus customer , purchasing two new cars from them and recommending colleagues to purchase, I was treated with contempt. I believe this was due to a poor review I gave them a year ago on the service department. Very sad. Notable individuals who were less than honest with me or failed to return calls ...Ryan and Dean. I must say the outstanding employee their is Lisa. Lisa you deserve better than this from your so called colleagues.
