I have purchased cars here and always had my service here, I recently bought a car and had it serviced at Todd’s , car hand brake was fine when it went in for a service Then Todd’s had adjusted my handbrake. Then took the car home and there was a horrendous noise coming from the hand brake and back brakes, I called Todd’s they said they had over tightened the hand brake!! So took it back for the 2 nd time and it was still the same , so they said to book it in again for the 3rd time, so they said that should be sorted now. Guess what it’s worse than ever, so called again and Todd’s said they can order a part at my cost , which I declined!! So I’m going to take legal advice, I will keep you updated!! So that’s me done with Todd’s , I’ll take my car and get it serviced in colraine , and I am also in the process of contacting Kia direct to explain my situation. Just a warning if you’re thinking of going here for a service ! As you know in this current climate Customers are hard to get But easy to lose!!
