Poor customer service
What can I say! I’ve used VVS previously for a Range Rover which was superb, a sound reliable car and James in sales was great. Nothing was too much. The 2nd purchase of the wife’s Bentley was also a nice easy transaction and again James was brilliant. There were a few technical issues with the car and the team at VVS had them sorted in no time. So what’s gone wrong? Just bought an Aston which is a lovely looking car but that’s about it, it’s been off the road more than on it for the last 7 weeks with nothing but mechanical problems. The guys at VVS had it for over week+ and returned it with the same issues if not worse. They’ve now had back for another week+ and it’s still not fixed. I’ve had to do all the chasing for updates on repairs and return of the car and am still in the dark. It’s an absolute joke. Would I use VVS again? nope, would I reccomend them? Nope and would I buy another performance or super car? Definitely not. It’s a shame because previously they were great. What’s gone wrong because my on going experience is that they simply don’t care
