Terrible Service

Booked Range Rover in for a service at 10.30,am which I was told by Mike would take 1 day. Received a phone call later on to say the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. When arriving, Mike told me the service was only part completed as there is a shortage of parts - aux belt & transfer box oils - so will need to rebook when available. I was charged £791.68 for oil/filter change, this included 2 hours labour. The vehicle will need to go back put can't give me a date.
