I bought a car from Perry's last year and was that happy I have just recently bought my wife a car from the same dealership. Unfortunately the car we have found out is a little to low for us and is causing us backache. Looking on Perry's website I noticed a Rav 4 similar to what we part exchanged but a lot newer and a hybrid. I contacted Perry's to discuss having a look at it and I realize it would cost us some money but was willing to try and find a agreement to part exchange our car for the RAV4. I received no calls, emails or text from anyone at either Perry's in bury or Burnley ( the dealership with the Rav 4) . They obviously don't need the custom so I've agreed a deal on a RAV4 from rrg instead. Bought 2 cars from Perry's now but I don't appreciate being ignored and I won't be back.
