You can always go elsewhere!!

Those are the words ringing in my ear. Disgraceful lack of customer service. Rang regarding a locking wheel nut key - mine was left on the wheel and lost. Gave them the key number and the Julian Date so they could order - they promised to ring back with price - that was 25 days ago. Nothing! I had to go direct to the Mazda supplier in Germany, McGard, who took my order, and it was delivered in 3 days at a cost of £16 all in. I've just contacted them and explained the above and said I wasn't happy with be ignored - they couldn't have cared less, staggeringly, their words were, "You can always go elsewhere"! Bought my car there, had it serviced there and MOT'd there - very disappointed.
