Dreadful Customer Service - AVOID!

Consistently poor customer service. This dealership in particular seek to blame the customer for issues with their cars, avoid warranty work and contributions. Since covid they sold their fleet of courtesy cars to boost their bottom line, further aided by reduced costs providing such a service. As a result it's a two month wait for a courtesy car. Our car spent almost a month sat waiting for a part (on back order due to regular failings across the VAG group) - The car was returned to us with a dinged door and chipped paint. It took them two weeks to respond addressing the damage, and told us we would have to pay half the repair. Despite owning many Audis, this will be our last! Primarily as a result of the service provided by Harrogate Audi, which does not put the customer first, and only makes you feel that any issues with your car are of your own making. The Service Manager who has been there for the last 13 years of my Audi ownership, whilst discussing issues we had with binding brake callipers on a new car, declared "Im no expert, so couldnt remark on the excessive & uneven wear and tear of your brakes".... Well, if the service manager of that duration doesnt understand basic principals of a cars braking system, god help the "Technicians" that work under him, and on customers cars! That just sums up the dealerships technical know how, and problem solving. A Brand & Dealership to avoid!
