Dodgy dealer taking advantage of loss

Dodgy dealer who wiped his hands of the car the second it was driven off forecourt. I purchased an extended warranty with Mo when I bought the car. When the car broke down weeks later he was not interested and told me to take it up with the warranty people. When I checked the warranty it hadn’t been activated. Therefore he took my extra £500 and never paid for the warranty. Mo was not interested in assisting with the breakdown even though I’d had the car for barely a month, he did not request to review the breakdown until I had provided him with a quote for the fix 3 months after the car had been sat in the garage waiting to be fixed. What makes this even worse is Mo was fully aware of my vulnerability and the awful year I had leading up to this purchase and yet he couldn’t care less when it came to declining to help with the fix. I’d say go anywhere but here to buy a car. Shameful.
