Rubbish customer service and aftersales

I bought a car from Peter Vardy Carz in November 2022. 1) On picking up the car they told me they had broken one of our keys, but it was ok they would get a new one made. What followed was months of me chasing and chasing and chasing, given no response or excuses, and I still have no second key. 2) They told me the low tyre pressure on the back wheel when I picked up the car was nothing to worry about, just needed pumping up. Nope, it turned out to be a screw in the tyre which I had to pay to get fixed 3) They told me the lack of log book with the car was because it didn't come with one - another lie I found out when I got it serviced, and had to pay to get a log book. Absolute failure of customer service. Do not count on these guys for aftersales care, once they have sold you the car and you have left the lot they will not help you an ounce.
