Do not comply with law!

Car engine suffered catastrophic failure after 6 weeks its now been 4 months and they haven't even looked at the car. I for one don't believe their autotrader reviews are true. The really bad ones seem to vanish. They do not have any mechanical knowledge and are rude and victim blame to try to get out of their duty under law. Next step for me will be court if not resolved soon!
