Horrible car buying experience

My buying experience with stonacre ackworth doncaster was horrible and horrid experience of lifetime which has been extended to unlimited time length.The management at this branch a bunch of cowboys who run this place a bureaucracy articulated entity where a layman voice and customer opinion of no value or any regard. A continuous complaining to branch and even to head office resulted in complete disregard to an obvious complaint. Vehicle has been sold to customer (me) deliberately withholding information, being willingly withholding information with intention to misleading the customer(me), masking very apparent faults by method of deception, withholding information even requested many times before purchase , making wrong claims about good condition of vehicle just to process the transaction. After the purchase when faults has been reported to General Manager ( Fraser Burns ) at ackworth stoneace pontefract , customer (me) has been threatened with hostile and deliberately frightening quality of manner that it’s customer(me) fault and nothing can be done or offered to resolve the issue, attitude was appalling , shifting the blame on customer(me) for the horrible smell in car which was masked by spraying with deodorant at time of sale, not offering any help or way out or even withholding any kind of helpful assistance which customers can seek after the purchase in case of customer not happy with transaction
