Be a bit careful

I bought a Merc Vito in Sept 23. The process was kind of ok. I paid the money and a nice man drove it up for me. When it arrived I gave it a look over and it was quite clean. Odd cosmetic repairs had been done and it has had a blow over. However, I noticed that the spare was missing. The driver told me that vans now come with an inflator kit. Sure enough a brand new kit was provided. It is the newest van I've had and figured that's how it's done now. I know this is a thing with cars. When I did the change over from my existing van I noticed that there really should have been a spare but it had been stolen and the cable for it had been cut. I started to negotiate a bit of compo with Vansco but let it slide as I was able to take the spare and cable from my old van. I wish they'd told me about this. Next, they only provided one key. Bit of a pain but I since discovered that a replacement key from Mercedes will cost me £480. Again I wish they had mentioned this. Also, and this is a bit shady, they provided the eleven digit code so I could tax it but there was no green slip. They said the V5 would be in the post. As they are a dealership I believed them. Six weeks later it still hadn't arrived so I rang DVLA. They new nothing about it. I have had to apply for a replacement V5 costing me £26. And lastly, the heater blower only blows hot and not on the screen. I am going to have to put that in for a repair. No idea if the warranty will cover it. Probably not. End of the day I have a van but I am not confident there will be no more issues.
