Terrible Customer Service

Went with our daughter to purchase a new car. Budget £7000 and monthly payment £150. Receptionist greeting not wonderful, she asked the sales man if he was free his answer could be! Downhill from there Carl who was assigned to us kept saying he was new to cover up the fact he did not know answers or payment amounts then told us he had been in the job for 8 months! He said they did not have any cars in that price range then low and behold he said they did a little coral fiat 55 which was just under the price and £155 per month which was perfect. After the test drive went to sign the paper work and the car figure given to us was £10,500 which included a package without the said package it was just under £10,000 and £200 a month !! He expected us to go ahead with the sale until we said to him how could a car just under £7000 before the test drive come back with a £2000 pound higher price tag. Only then did he actually confess he had got the price wrong. We should have walked out then. Next came Julian not much better, said he could find us a car give him 3 minutes. Both escaped to an inner office for a good while, kept fobbing us off. Then we had a third guy who started on about how well the cars were serviced and that is what we are paying for with them the quality. Then said they could get a car in at the price range epic blue but we would have to purchase without seeing it. This was not going to happen. We then left. We looked at the back car park to see if there were any horses belonging to the cowboys who go by the name of a 'sales team'. We went next door to Kia who were professional and knowledgeable regarding their cars. Complained to Head Office who said the Grantham Branch would deal with the complaint which was not going to happen as I had rung them before Head Office. No call from Grantham or Regional Manager or Head Office for an update on the complaint. From Showroom to Head Office no professionalism or care for customers. Will add they were not busy one other customer who left after 15 minutes. Please avoid lots of other Car sales at Spitalgate to choose from and were much more professional that day!!! I would not even give them 1 star but I have to for the review.
