I cannot fault the service I received from sales executive Riadh at Lookers Ford ,Colchester from point of interest in a used vehicle ,receiving a short video of same ,going for test drive to point of purchase . He listened to what I wanted and how to achieve it .I cannot fault the promptness of ordering a new part either once I reported it after collection .He is polite ,courteous &,possesses excellent customer service skills .Nothing was too much trouble
