Awful.
Bought a car from the Ayr branch in January, now in November and the car has cost me upwards of £1000 to fix. Was told it was serviced which was a lie (a mechanic done a service for me due to other issues raised on an MOT I just had) - the oil was absolutely filthy, engine clogged, my hand break broke off, break pads needed changed within weeks, trailing arm bush on both sides worn away completely. I know I’ve been driving it for a good while but a lot of these issues happened quickly which means if they had carried out the appropriate and legal checks they would of been picked up on in their garage. I have spoke to a few people (different mechanics included) about this company since purchasing and they all say the same thing, to avoid it completely. Might seem like a good deal at the time but trust me, you’ll pay for it in the long run. The cars they sell are the cars that Bridgend won’t touch (Bridgend actually own it apparently). If you don’t want to waste your money, stay away
