An exceptionally good service garage.

I am on my 8th Mercedes and have dealt with a number of main dealers and for the following reasons I now deal exclusively with Richard Skiba. The bad deals I have experienced with main dealers include charges of £146 just to look at the car, charged for repair of damage done by their own staff without a truthful explanation, charged for faults not fully corrected, reception staff who just tick boxes and have no knowledge of the workings of Mercedes cars. The good points about Richard Skiba's service include his very reaonable and honest charges, the service of pick-up and delivery back of the car and the fact that he came out and fixed the complicated display screen for no charge despite the time it took, Richard has restored my faith in Mercedes cars, without this I would certainly not buy another!
