Went to view a VW Golf MK6 1.6TDI today, Checked out the car which seemed fine but went to start it and it wouldn't fire up so tried again and it started (alarm bells ringing already), let it run for a minute or so and popped the bonnet open let's just say they hadn't bothered to clean up and the engine was shaking badly like it was going to stall which tells me either injectors (£400 a pop) or egr blocking up (£££££££!) So I asked the guy what's up with it just to act innocent he says it's cold and been standing for a couple of weeks...I say it's can't be because I have the exact same car even the same colour and it's never done that even when I've been away on holiday for 3 weeks. Naturally I say it's a duff car and hand him the keys and walk away. Point of this review is that if the seller can't be interested in any fault of the car and not willing to admit that it has one and is willing to get it sorted if I buy then he's no good salesman at all. Avoid and spend your hard earned somewhere else.
