Do yourself a favour and stay away from Nexa Motors!! They will sell you a faulty car, dismiss your initial concerns, then pretend to fix it (for a few weeks), charge you for the “repair” and return the car in same or worse conditions. Then claim you’re outside the warranty period, so refund’s off the table. I’ve seen more people complain about the exact same treatment, so definitely looks like it’s their modus operandi. I wish I had seen this coming. Be wiser!
