DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. I suspect the positive reviews are fake. I spent thousands on a new car and problems from the start. They demanded a £400 delivery and admin fee which they did not disclose before purchase. They then lied and delayed so rather than getting my car the next day it took nearly a week. The car smelled of cigarette smoke and there was no paperwork. Immediately the window mechanism broke and they refused to pay for labour to fix it. The car then broke down within a month or so of purchase and it cost me £1300 to fix it. I was advised by my mechanic that the problem that had to be fixed was known before I bought the car and further that "someone" had tried to fudge it. Due to their lack of skill they damaged parts of the car engine, screws and valves which increased my costs. I sought to claim the money from them and they have ignored me despite my rights being protected under the Consumer Act due to the vehicle not being fit for purpose. I am now having to take them to court for reimbursement of thousands. Not only that, the car has just broken down yet again
