AVOID: Started out good but ended badly
Attempted to go above and beyond by taking a video of all imperfections. Car was grimy, rubbish and crumbs in cubbies, glovebox and the floor when it was delivered to us. A warranty covered issue has taken a month and still not sorted communication is disingenuous and some outright lies evidenced by the actions taken to cover up the lie. Genuine truthful communication may not have got it fixed quicker but we could have taken appropriate action so as not to have to cancel multiple appointments with the same nhs departments. Going round in circles. We impressed upon the sales guy multiple times that we have a newborn and 6 people with varying disabilities so a working car is imperative but also difficult to come by. Multiple appointments and therapy sessions cancelled.
