Very pleased customer

I recently purchased a car from Get A Better Car in Nottingham. I was very happy with how quickly and efficiently they could deal with my request. I was able to do everything over the phone/email, meaning that on collection I was only there for 10 minutes. I was late on the day and staff waited around for me to get there, which I appreciated. The car was exactly as described, very clean inside and out, had enough fuel to get me back home (20 mile away), no complaints at all. I have extremely bad credit so didn't hold much hope for finding a car on finance. Not only did they get me finance, it was also at a fair price and for the car I wanted. The car comes with a 6 month warranty and a few days after getting the car I needed the key replacing and a new locking wheel nut key as I couldn't locate one. Get A Better Car reimbursed me for these with no concerns, just emailed the receipts and my bank details over. Overall a very good company, I am very pleased with the car and the level of customer service I have received. 10/10.
