Purchased a Peugeot 207 in March 2016, at the beginning I was very happy with the service I received when I purchased the car. There was damage on the passenger side wing mirror and I was guaranteed a replacement. over the past 3 months I have contacted staff at Harvey Lane several times and even visited the show room to chase up the repair, every time I was told that it was being dealt or the manager was dealing with it with but the repair has still not complete. last contact was on the 24th June (2 weeks) I was told the part had been ordered, have heard nothing since. The staff seem very professional and helpful at the time of sale but seems now they have no interest in replacing the part which has now left me with no choice having to pay for it myself, I feel it will never be resolved. As some one who has no experience and knowledge of cars I'm disappointed as I put my trust in people of a company to keep their guarantee and feel I have been taken advantage off Be interesting to see the response to this post!
