Great experience!
I purchased my Mercedes C220D from Synergy recently and been very satisfied with the customer service and professionalism with how my issue was handled. I placed my deposit with Ashley who was happy to hold the car for a full week due to work commitments. When I arrived I was greeted by Leoni who was amazing to deal with and put me at ease throughout it all. Test drove the car and was happy to proceed. As I drove 20 miles my engine light came on and was quite concerned for obvious reasons. I called back the following day and Ashley agreed to look into this immediately at my convinence when free who confirmed the nox sensor was the issue and needed changing. (common issues with mercs) I returned back today to get this sorted along with a few minor niggles. Everything was sorted today and left a happy customer. Yes it's a pain to commute backwards and forwards however I'm aware I chose them but was given the option to use a courtesy car whilst repairs were going on that I politely refused as I was happy to wait. In all honesty for the age, spec and mileage I couldn't fault the price as I could not find anything identical to the level of competitiveness being offered. If I need to px a car I'll definitely be looking at synergy again to see if they have anything that takes my fancy. Thanks to the team at Synergy.
