Service Department are Shocking

Do not take your car to the service department unless you are prepared to wait months for it to be repaired. My car has currently been there for 3 months with no end in sight. The conflicting information they give you is just unbelievable, my car will be sorted next week, actually it won’t as the part is on back order, the part has been shipped and will be here the following week, actually they made a mistake and the part is in Germany, it will be here in two weeks. In two weeks, the part wasn’t actually made at all and it will be two months. Turns out the part did arrive but now they need another £800 on top of the original £1700 quoted. I cannot stress show shocking their customer service is. By their own admission they don’t answer the phones as there are only two of them working. Avoid at all costs!
