I recently bought a car from JA Motors, and I strongly advise against dealing with them. A friend in Preston also had a terrible experience with this company. Within ten days of owning my car, the engine unexpectedly failed, even though I hadn't driven it much. When I reached out for help under the warranty, I faced hostility and a complete refusal to take responsibility. This disregard for customers is unacceptable. I had to sell the car as scrap at a significant loss. It's clear that JA Motors engages in deceptive practices, and their warranty claims are false. Please, avoid JA Motors to spare yourself the pain, financial loss, and frustration. Share this message and report them if you've had a similar experience to protect others.
