Service was helpful but fake

We purchased a first car for our 18 year old daughter …we specifically asked James to ensure the car we were purchasing was mechanically sound as she was a self employed youngster ! Within the the first 2 weeks it went into limp mode on the A38 twice and again on a 3rd occasion …frightening the heck out of her… I called James and it was recalled for repair taking 2 days each time …by which point my daughter was working and losing pay! We also had sensors fitted at extra cost and had to return it as they weren’t connected properly….and still only work intermittently now , …. We now have some kind of fluid leak and possible need for clutch replacement…. 5 months after purchase ….please be very aware as the cars look very pretty but as my husband said when he opened the bonnet to unconnected wires etc ….he’s seen tidier jungles on tv ! Very very disappointed that they would let a young girl down on her very first car this way …
