Friendly staff

I don’t do this very often but I work for ECM Vehicle delivery, I delivered two used cars to the Swansea Dealership , I was met at reception by a very friendly young man with a big smile . He helped me get to the right salesman to receive the cars. And was offered a coffee while I waited.. As I deliver to many dealerships throughout the Uk . I wish the welcome was as warm as Swansea . We’ll done you guys 👍👍
