Unscrupulous and greedy dealership

I have taken my car here twice and both times left bitterly disappointed and with a bad taste in my mouth by the complete lack of honesty practised by this dealership . This dealership’s primary concern is to make money and ignore its customers most basic needs to have good quality customer service. They simply cannot be trusted to be honest. Do not take your car here. Fiat Maidstone failed my car at its MOT due to a small fault that would have been easily resolved in the workshop at the time of the MOT by a spanner and the tightening of two screws on a clamp on the front exhaust to tighten it. A small and simple basic action they failed to take in the workshop during its MOT. Had i not taken the car for a second opinion i could have been facing a large bill for unnecessary diagnostics and unnecessary repair works. Avoid this garage, it puts profit over good quality customer service at a time when the cost of living crisis means every single penny counts. I don’t know how they live with themselves or sleep at night. Shocking and appalling behaviour.
