Bit of a Cowboy.

Bought car off Brimart. When home realised that wheel locking nut was missing. Contacted to get response of ‘We never take anything out of cars’. Not bad considering it had just been serviced, so I’d imagine that brakes would have been checked?? Wheel nuts had to be ‘broken off’ by local garage at my cost. Log book never arrived. Had to contact DVLA and apply for new log book. This took 4 months & again a further cost to myself. Why are second hand car dealers so untrustworthy? No wonder they have a bad perception from the general public. Car is OK, just no after service or customer care. Oh, and despite asking if it was a smokers car and being told no, after a week or so the scent faded and smokey smell came through .
